LOVING OTHERS

I'm sitting outside somewhere between [REDACTED] and downtown right now - it's bright, early, and fresh out. I feel relieved sitting here and writing, but I don't have anything to write about.

On the way here this morning, I felt the need to devote this week to loving others. There's nothing super mentally challenging in my week, so I might as well spend it loving others well.

I don't necessarily know what that looks like, but I know what it feels like to be around someone that feels loved by you. I've felt it with Phi - yesterday, when I texted and called all day then sat in the bath with her late into the night.

I felt with with [REDACTED], when I let him entertain me with stories and vice versa.

I've felt it with my [REDACTED], when I applaud them or give them an opportunity to shine in a new area.

There's so much power in letting others feel loved. It returns love back.

It feels weird to be working today. My heart rate is steady at 75BPM right now - not a single bit of nerves.

God, show me new ways to love others this week. Give me opportunities to listen, to give, and to stand outside of the limelight so others can shine.
